We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may exchange, replace (when available) or credit your purchase (where eligible) when it is presented in new, unworn and saleable condition, in original packaging and with all tags attached along with a printout of the email confirmation within 30 days from the date of purchase, some restrictions may apply. We will credit you for the amount paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event we are unable to validate your purchase, the item will only be eligible for a store credit at the lowest price offered for the item within the preceding 180 days. Please contact to receive a Return Authorization number before sending the merchandise back, otherwise your package may be rejected.


Items that end in 99 cents are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or credit. The item may be exchanged for a different size where available.


To accommodate the United States holiday shopping season, all items purchased from Thanksgiving (the last Thursday in November) through Christmas Eve (December 24) will be eligible for return through January 25. All returns must be presented in new, unused and saleable condition, in original packaging and with all tags attached. If the returner is not the original purchaser, and no receipt is included, the item is eligible for an exchange of the same product of a different size or store credit at the lowest price offered in the preceding 180 days.


If you are exchanging for a different size of the same item, please email us at to alert us of your need. We will confirm availability and set aside the size for you to ensure that your exchange can be accommodated. Once we receive your return shipment, we will send out the new size.


We recognize that returns and exchanges are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return and/or exchange pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at


Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend you insure the package and use a shipping method that allows package tracking and delivery confirmation as we cannot be responsible for missing or lost packages in transit. Your Return Authorization (RA#) should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipment.  Shipments without the number may be rejected.


Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Well credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). We reserve final approval on all returns and exchanges.


In the event of a shipment refusal, we will deduct original shipping charges from the total amount.


Price Adjustments/Promotional Pricing

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 5 days of purchase and the size you purchased is available for sale at the lower price at the time of your request. Adjustments will be made in the original form of payment.Once a price adjustment has been processed the order will be marked Final Sale”; therefore, items purchased are ineligible for return, exchange or refund.

In the event you purchased items that qualified for a promotional pricing but later return a portion of the purchase making the transaction ineligible for the promotion, we will adjust the prices according to the non-qualified pricing and refund the difference to you.
